At OneTools, your privacy isn't just a feature—it's the core of everything we build. This policy outlines our commitment to keeping your data secure and entirely under your control.
OneTools leverages Apple's most advanced on-device machine learning. Features like AI Background Removal, OCR Text Extraction, and Speech-to-Text process your data locally on your iPhone's Neural Engine. No images, audio, or sensitive documents are ever uploaded to any server for processing.
Files generated by OneTools (PDFs, Images, QR Codes) are stored in your own iCloud Drive or local Documents folder. These are stored within a "Private Ubiquity Container," meaning only you and your authorized devices can access them. We have zero visibility into your files.
We use Sign in with Apple to provide a secure and frictionless experience. When you authenticate, we only receive a unique user ID and optionally an email address (if you choose to share it). This is used solely to link your local tools across your own devices.
OneTools uses Google AdMob to provide a free experience. AdMob may collect certain data from your device, such as advertising identifiers (IDFA) and device-specific information, to serve personalized ads and track performance. You can manage your tracking preferences in your iOS settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
